Explorefest is a new community event at Dunwoody’s Jett Ferry Area that invites residents and visitors to discover businesses, music, and community spirit. This free event will feature an Open Mic Showcase and a passport challenge with prizes in a family friendly atmosphere.

Passport Challenge

Visitors stop by participating Williamsburg businesses throughout the center and collect initials or stamps on a passport sheet to receive a prize.

A mini train will bring people around to businesses in the center from 10:30am-1:30pm.

Open Mic Showcase

All singers, bands, duos, small groups, and instrumentalists are invited to submit for the opportunity to perform live at Explorefest.
No competition. No pressure. Just a chance for musicians to perform for the community.!
Apply now before spots are filled.
Applicants will be screened.

One participating act may be selected to receive a professional recording opportunity for up to one or two songs, valued at more than $1,000. The recording opportunity is separate from the performance selection process and is not part of a formal competition.

School of Rock will also select one participant to have a free jam session party in their studio.
